Q: Why do overnights sometimes cost more than Same Days?

A: Overnights service is a flat rate so depending on the deliver zone the rate may be less than a SameDay. Overnight Service benefits longer distances within the GTA.

Q: I am trying to enter a SameDay/rush/overnight but the computer won’t let me.

A: If a service chosen is past the cut-off time the system defaults to the next available service.

Q: I am trying to enter an order on an overnight to Penticton BC but the computer won’t give me a price.

A: We use agent-partners for our out of town overnights and quote based on delivery time requirements. We will be pleased to provide you with a quote anytime, contact us at freight@criticalpath.ca

Q: I just entered an order on line and want to cancel it but the computer won’t let me.

A: Your order was dispatched to a driver 3 milliseconds after you entered it. Once an order has been assigned to a driver you must go through one of our friendly, courteous and efficient Customer Service Representatives to make sure the driver is not at your doorstep before we can cancel it on your behalf.

Q: What is the cut-off time for your last delivery?

A: There is none. We deliver at all hours 24/7 both locally and internationally!

Q: We are a Green Company and only deal with like-minded companies, what Green policies and practices do you have in place?

Q: Does Critical Path deliver out of town and what are the options?

A: Yes we do! Your options are defined by your delivery time requirements and destination, please email freight@criticalpath.ca for further details.

Q: How do I open an account with Critical Path?

Q: We often have a lot of shipments at one time, do you do bulk orders?

A: Yes Bulk Orders are a specialty here at Critical Path; please email freight@criticalpath.ca for all the details.

Q: I don’t have an account with you, can I still place an order and how do I pay?

A: Yes that is not a problem, until you set up an account you can pay with Cash, Visa or Mastercard

Q: We have used Critical Path for years for GTA Courier work, have you expanded into any other areas over the years?

Q: I have a few questions that are not listed here, is there another way to find out the information I require?

A: Yes there is, please send your questions to info@criticalpath.ca and they will be answered within 24 hours

Q: I need a package to go on a same day service but we’ll need the courier here in 90 minutes, because we close at 1pm on Fridays in the summer.

A: Unfortunately you can’t put that type of a time restriction on the pick up time on a SameDay service. In order to pick this up by 1pm we will need to enter this on a direct service.

Q: I’d like to send an envelope to a PO Box?

A: Sorry, we do not deliver to PO Boxes; we require a street address and suite.
